Protect Yourself and Your Kids from Lyme Disease Lyme disease is the most commonly reported tick-borne disease in the U.S. Symptoms include fever, headaches, fatigue, and a skin rash called erythema migrans. If left untreated, symptoms can spread to joints, the heart and the nervous system. The best defense for lyme disease and other tickborne conditions, is to reduce exposure to ticks altogether.
