Ain't She Sweet - The Piccadilly Revels Band, Columbia 1927
NOTE: The slideshow is my fantasy about various New Years' Eves in the vintage Warsaw in different places in 1920s and 30s. The American hit of the year 1927 "Aint She Sweet" was enormously popular in Poland then. It's Polish version went: "Siadaj pan! Lepiej nic nie gadaj pan!" (Sit Down, Sir! Better Keep Your Mouth Shut, Sir!" (That's unfortunaltely all I remember from my aunts' singing, in my childhood).
